Other incidents are falls (13.6%) and collisions (5.3%) with other skiers or objects, which can cause contusions, fractures, trauma and injuries (13.8%) with varying degrees of severity.
Problems with means of transport accounted for 7.2% of incidents, especially delays in departure, cancellation or overbooking. Finally, the loss of services is frequent (4.1%) such as classes, ski pass, excursions, accommodation, due to adverse weather conditions.
